The LifeCYCLE module measures Life Cycle Costing and
CO2 emissions together in one calculation.
Traditionally calculated seperately (resulting in inefficiencies
and potential inaccuracies).
LifeCYCLE enables you to compare assets in a building and find the
best specification for you.
By selecting an asset the tool automatically quantifies cost and
CO2 emissions for the following:
- The initial capital works
- Asset replacement works and frequencies
- Planned maintenance activities
- Reactive maintenance
- Redecorations
- Cleaning
- Disposal
The user can change any assumption made by the tool, including
adjusting which resources are used, the frequency of activities,
even the distance and method of transportation.
